VICTORY (CRICKET) DAY for the IRCC

On sunday june 12,2011 at  Ste MARIE football ground, the weather was grim and cloudy, but the rain was not going to spoil the day.

After a first match ( twi innings) lost by the IRCC against out friends of Maillé ( from thV vendée)

the lunch break, kindly prepard by the ladies of the club, was more than welcome.

It also gave all the required energy to the players of the IRCC who managed to beat ( 69 to69 ) the vendean club.

A day of true sucess for us, with lots of broad smiles on the faces of all the players, members of the public and officials, such as Mrs Giséle VERGNON, mayor of St Marie and Leon GENDRE, mayor of le Flotte and represetative for ile de re at the departements assembly.
