• Our island is thus an ideal location for open-air sports lovers keen on pursuing solo or team activities.
• Hence the idea of introducing a new sport, only a few centuries old, and celebrating a passion enjoyed by over a billion people in around 130 countries.
• Our story begins with the association of a few enthusiastic friends and the founding of the “IRCC”, Ile de Ré’s very first cricket club.
